Why We Carry FyreBx

Three Operational Problems Every Crusher Site Faces

A jaw crusher and screening plant circuit is a diesel-burning, silica-generating, equipment-grinding operation. The machines require fuel. The jaw discharge generates regulated dust. The equipment accumulates material that hardens overnight. The FyreBx lineup addresses all three — from the same skid steer that is already on your site.

Silica Dust at the Crusher Face

Every jaw crusher discharge generates silica-containing dust. OSHA 29 CFR 1926.1153 requires engineering controls at construction sites. Water suppression at the source is the primary control. A water truck positioned 40 feet away is not the same as on-demand suppression at the discharge zone.
Solution: LandBx — 5 to 250 GPM, positioned at the jaw discharge with your existing skid steer.

Equipment Buildup Between Shifts

Concrete fines, limestone dust, and masonry residue accumulate on jaw plates, screen media, and conveyor frames every shift. Left overnight, these materials harden on metal surfaces — particularly materials with cement content. Each shift of hardened buildup accelerates wear part consumption and increases cleaning time.
Solution: LandBx — end-of-shift high-volume washing before fines bond.

Diesel Logistics Across Multiple Machines

A CT-740 and CD-410 circuit burns diesel across two machines. Add a generator and support skid steer and you are coordinating four fuel points on a fuel truck schedule you do not control. On remote sites, this is not a minor inconvenience — it is production downtime every time a fuel truck is late.
Solution: FuelBx — 300 gallons on the front of your skid steer, delivered at 20 GPM without a truck.

The FyreBx has its own standalone Kohler engine (23 HP on the T3, 28 HP on the T5) that powers the pump independently of the host skid steer’s hydraulics. This is the fire suppression unit — the right choice when wildfire response capability is required on or near the site, or when site conditions demand a fully independent water delivery system.

50 GPM at 100 PSI standard. Air-aspirated foam nozzle at 10:1 expansion — 3,000 gallons of foam from a T3, 5,000 from a T5. Handles dust suppression, hydroseeding, and wildland fire attack from the same machine.

The LandBx is the primary crusher site attachment in the FyreBx lineup. It uses the host skid steer’s hydraulic system to power a submerged hydraulic pump — no standalone engine, simpler to maintain, direct integration with the host machine. This is the right attachment for sites where OSHA 1926.1153 silica dust compliance and end-of-shift equipment washing are the operational priorities.

115 PSI at 70 GPM with a standard 250-ft hose configuration. Flow range 5 to 250 GPM. Recirculating agitation for hydro-mulch and slurry applications. T3, T4, and T5 models with dozer blade, hose reel, winch, and auxiliary pump add-ons available.

FuelBx

300-Gallon • Single Model

$23,500

Base price — add-ons available

A jaw crusher and screening plant circuit burns diesel across multiple machines every shift. The FuelBx carries 300 gallons of diesel on the front of your skid steer and delivers it through a 50-foot hose reel at 20 GPM. No fuel truck. No scheduling. No idle time. Electric pump powered by the 14-pin CTL connector — no hydraulic connection required.

Welded 10- and 12-gauge steel tank with three baffles to reduce fuel surge. Standard fill nozzle connects to any diesel source. Grounding strap and 5 lb A/B/C extinguisher included. Add-ons: hose reel upgrade (100-ft or 300-ft), front bumper, armor LED lighting, rear swing bumper with or without Warn 16.5k winch, parts kit.

Selection Guide

Which FyreBx Attachment Do You Need?

Most crusher site customers need the LandBx first — dust suppression and equipment washing are the daily operational needs. The FuelBx is the next priority when fuel truck scheduling is a recurring cost. The FyreBx fire suppression unit is the right add-on for sites with wildfire risk.

Support

Parts in Stock. Engineers on Call. No Overseas Wait.

Every machine we sell is backed by US-stocked parts out of our Smyrna, Georgia facility. Not a backorder form. Not a six-week lead time from a factory in another country. When something needs replacing, we ship it.
Beyond parts, you get direct access to engineers who know these machines. If you have a question about the LandBx positioning for your crusher circuit, the FuelBx hose reel configuration for your site layout, or integrating the FyreBx alongside the CT-series jaw crusher, you talk to someone who has stood next to the equipment.

FAQ

Common Questions About FyreBx Attachments

What is FyreBx and why does Screen USA carry it?

FyreBx is an American manufacturer of skid steer and compact track loader attachments for water deployment, dust suppression, fire suppression, and on-site fueling. Screen USA carries the FyreBx lineup because jaw crusher and screening plant operations generate three recurring operational problems: silica dust at the crusher face, equipment buildup from concrete and limestone fines, and diesel logistics across multiple machines. The LandBx solves the first two. The FuelBx solves the third. The FyreBx fire suppression unit adds wildfire response capability for sites in fire-risk areas.

The FyreBx is a fire suppression and water deployment system with its own standalone Kohler engine — designed for wildfire response and dual-use dust suppression. The LandBx is a water deployment attachment that uses the host skid steer’s hydraulics rather than a standalone engine — designed primarily for dust suppression, equipment washing, and hydroseeding. The FuelBx is an on-site diesel transfer attachment — 300 gallons, 20 GPM electric pump, 50-foot hose reel — that refuels crushers, screening plants, and support equipment without a fuel truck.

No. Most crusher site customers start with the LandBx for dust suppression and equipment washing. Those are the two operational needs that directly affect compliance and equipment wear on every job. The FuelBx is the next priority for sites running a full crushing circuit where fuel truck scheduling is a recurring problem. The FyreBx fire suppression unit is the right add-on for sites in wildland interface areas. Buy what solves the problem your site actually has.

Yes, with one clarification: they cannot be mounted simultaneously. All three attach via standard quick-attach plate and swap in and out as needed. One skid steer can carry the LandBx for dust suppression during the crushing shift, then switch to the FuelBx for end-of-shift refueling. The FyreBx fire suppression unit stays ready to swap in when site conditions require it.

FyreBx products are made in Anderson/Redding, California. FyreBx is an American manufacturer — this is confirmed. Screen USA is an authorized dealer. “American-made” applies to FyreBx products and is accurate.

The FyreBx T3 fire suppression unit starts at $23,500. The FuelBx starts at $23,950. LandBx pricing is available by quote — contact Screen USA at 770-433-2670. All prices are as of August 2026 and subject to change. Add-ons are available for all three products and are priced individually on each product page.
