When you call, you reach someone who knows the machine. Not a ticketing system. Not a callback queue. A person, on the phone, who can diagnose the issue and tell you what you need.
We come to your yard. We run the machine with your crew. We don't leave until it's running right and your operators know what they're doing.

The by-pass conveyor routes material around the jaw crushing chamber directly to the discharge belt. When feed material is already at or below your target size and does not need crushing, the by-pass sends it through without running it through the jaw. This reduces jaw plate wear on material that does not need to be crushed and keeps throughput moving on mixed feeds — where some material needs crushing and some does not. It is a standard feature on the CT-850 and is not available on the CT-535 or CT-740.
No. The intelligent level control — which automatically regulates feed rate based on the crusher chamber fill level — is a feature specific to the CT-740. The CT-850 is designed for high-production operations where an operator or excavator is managing the feed rate directly. The CT-850’s by-pass conveyor, larger hopper, and wider discharge belt are the production-focused features on this model.
Four main differences. First, jaw size: the CT-850’s 32-inch opening accepts larger feed material than the CT-740’s 28-inch opening. Second, throughput: the CT-850 runs 65 to 95 tons per hour versus 45 to 55 tons per hour on the CT-740 at comparable settings. Third, by-pass conveyor: the CT-850 includes it, the CT-740 does not. Fourth, weight: the CT-850 weighs 56,000 lbs versus 38,600 lbs. The CT-740 has intelligent level control; the CT-850 does not. Both include the cross-belt magnet and wireless remote as standard.
Yes. Reinforced concrete is the CT-850’s primary application. Rebar passes through the jaw crushing chamber without wrapping. The integrated cross-belt magnet separates it from the discharge belt continuously during operation. At production throughput on heavily reinforced material, the magnet handles a steady stream of rebar without interrupting the crushing cycle.
The Screen USA CD-516. It is a 2-deck, 5-foot by 16-foot vibratory screening plant with an 18 cubic yard hopper, 145 HP Cat engine, and three built-on conveyors — fines, middles, and overs — that stockpile each fraction separately. The CD-516 is built for the CT-850’s discharge volume and continuous production operation. Together, CT-850 and CD-516 produce three sorted aggregate fractions from demolished concrete that can be sold or reused on-site. Full circuit investment: $815,900. Call 770-433-2670 and we will walk through the full circuit layout.
At production volume, operating cost runs approximately $4.50 to $7.00 per ton all-in — fuel, one operator, wear parts, and equipment amortization on a 5-year straight-line basis. Fuel consumption is 4.75 to 5.8 gallons per hour at production throughput. The per-ton cost drops as volume increases, because the fixed amortization component spreads across more tons. Use the calculator above with your actual disposal rate and volume to see the net value per ton for your operation.
